Congratulations to our client, Plan A Marketing, a New York City based marketing agency. Plan A is a holding company for four creative boutique agencies specializing in a range of advertising services. Their transaction was announced in the Wall Street Journal on June 18, 2018.
Among the companies that have combined to create the firm are: Untitled Worldwide, a creative and strategy firm that works on behalf of marketers such as GAP; Van’s General Store, an agency co-founded by Scott Carlson and actor Liev Schreiber that specializes in branded entertainment and experiential marketing and works on behalf of brands such as Cadillac and Target; and Twin Studio, a British firm that specializes in fashion advertising.
