J. Ryan White

Mr. White is Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Litigation practice group. He has over 14 years of experience in civil litigation with a focus on commercial litigation and real property tax assessment litigation.  Mr. White also practices in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts and estate and probate administration.

In the context of his real estate tax assessment practice, Mr. White represents real property owners and operators and has represented municipalities in tax certiorari matters and tax exemption disputes. Mr. White has also represented clients in a broad array of matters, including commercial disputes, personal injuries, municipal law, labor law, products liability, false claims and professional malpractice.

Mr. White graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Washington & Lee University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York State courts and the Western District of New York.
