Sue S. Gardner
Mrs. Gardner is a Retired Partner who remains active as a consultant to the Firm. Mrs. Gardner practiced exclusively in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts and estate and probate administration. She continues as a member and former director (1989-1982) of the Erie County Bar Association, and was chair of its Committee on Surrogate’s Practice (1987 to 1989). Mrs. Gardner is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Women’s Bar Association. She is a graduate of Smith College and of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School (1976). She is a member of the SUNYAB Law School’s Dean’s Advisory Council and is also a member of the Estate Analysts of Western New York. Since 1991, Ms. Gardner was a Trustee of the New York State Interest on Lawyers Accounts Fund, appointed by Chief Judge Judith Kaye, until December 31, 2009. In 1989, Mrs. Gardner was elected a Fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates.
