We are seeking an associate attorney to join us, primarily in our litigation practice. In addition to working on litigation matters, we also would ask this person to work on commercial transactions as needed.
The firm is looking for a candidate with three to five years of experience assisting in legal research, preparation of discovery (written demands and responses, as well as for depositions), preparation of motion practice, court appearances, and client counseling. Candidates with experience in commercial transactions and/or employment law are preferred. We are looking for strong writing and analytical skills. The salary is to be determined based on experience and credentials. We offer health insurance, a 401k plan with employer matches and other benefits.
