Predictmedix Registers as a Reporting Company

Our client, Predictmedix Inc., successfully cleared SEC comments today and is registered as a reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.  Predictmedix is a Canadian foreign private issuer that registered on Form 20-F. This registration is a step in the company’s plan to uplist its securities.

Predictmedix is an emerging provider of rapid health screening and remote patient care solutions. The Company’s Safe Entry Stations – powered by a proprietary artificial intelligence  – use multispectral cameras to analyze physiological data patterns enabling the system to screen for certain health issues.  The company’s current product is able to screen for infectious diseases such as COVID-19.  Other technology under development will screen for impairment by drugs or alcohol or certain mental illnesses.
